SUMMARY:Vision Board Playshop
DESCRIPTION:Set your intention for the new year at the Vision Board Playshop! A vision board can be a powerful tool for helping your brain focus on what matters most to you. When we bring our attention to what we want to create\, we begin to notice opportunities\, ideas\, and possibilities that support our vision. Come together in community to: Settle in with a short Restorative Yoga practice to prepare your mind\, body\, and spirit. Learn the neuroscience behind vision boards and how they can help focus your attention and support your goals. Reflect on your goals and visions for 2027 using the Wheel of Life process. Create your own vision board using images\, words\, and inspiration that speak to you. Learn how to use your vision board for optimal impact throughout the year. Join Katie Hay\, who has been creating and using vision boards for 15+ years and has experienced powerful results in her own life. This is the 11th year Katie has led this playshop in Black Mountain\, bringing her experience\, enthusiasm\, and a little bit of play to this meaningful process. Supplies provided: Poster board\, magazines\, scissors\, glue\, and a printed Wheel of Life handout. Feel free to bring your own magazines\, photos\, or other images that you'd like to include on your vision board. No artistic or yoga experience needed. All are welcome! Please pre-register so we can make sure we have the right amount of supplies ready for everyone.
