Through the gentle support of acupuncture and an immersive musical experience featuring kora\, crystal singing bowls\, and other resonant instruments\, we'll create space to slow down\, open our hearts\, and absorb the abundance of the season. Come reconnect with yourself and the natural rhythms of late summer\, leaving feeling grounded\, nourished\, and grateful.\nUpon settling into the space\, you will be guided through a brief meditation connecting with yourself and the energies of the season. Faith will begin the acupuncture treatment and Rivers will start the music. The needles will stay in give or take 30 minutes and the sound bath will last roughly 45 mins to an hour.
